Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (714) 773-5050. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, hongkongbanjumca.com.
Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 190 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinese restaurants in Fullerton.
Fullerton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fullerton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I personally love their jajangmyeon. The best jajangmyeon I ever had was at Yong Moon Lu @ Rowland Heights (please try their gan-jajangmyeon/κ°μ§μ₯), but this one is pretty good too. The jjamppong is not bad either. I will definitely come here again.

The delivery was amazing. I love the packaging of it, and they separated the noodles from the sauce. When I visited the restaurant, it wasnβt the best for me because itβs very loud and the people in there are very busy, sometimes mean. I donβt like eating at loud places so I donβt prefer going in-person. Service is most likely self-service, you have to get your own water, tissues, side dishes, sauce, and everything.
